1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

• The company named "CARE DIRECT MIDDLE EAST DMCC)”, located in 1607 Jumeriah Business Center 2 Cluster – V Jumeriah Lakes Towers Dubai, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter"), organizes a promotional program (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition").
• The Competition shall be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the present terms and conditions set herein, mandatory for all the resident participants in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The Promoter has the right to revoke the Tender Notice or to modify these terms (including the duration of the Tender and Gifts) by informing them on the website www.legoduplo-saudi.com, with the date of revocation / modification of this the date of such information.
• The present Terms and Conditions are available for free at request at website address http://www.legoduplo-saudi.com.

2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

• The Competition is available to all adult parents residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Participation in this Competition is prohibited to the employees of the Organizer, CARE DIRECT MIDDLE EAST DMCC, as well as to their 1st grade relatives.

• Participation in the Competition implies the express and unreserved acceptance of the present terms and conditions in all its stipulations as well as the laws and regulations applicable to the contests in force in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia..

• In case of suspected fraud and/or unfair competition, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct any verification it deems necessary. Any established corrupt of fraudulent practice will result in an immediate and definitive disqualifications of the Participant, final without notice.

3. THE PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE

• The duration of the Contest shall be the period:

• From 01.10.2021 at 09:00 (the "Opening of the Contest"), until 31.12.2021 at 23:59 (hereinafter referred to as the "End of the Contest")

• Participation in the Competition can be made any time until the End of the Contest.

• Contest participants are invited to visit www.legoduplo-saudi.com in order to fill in a Registration Form and participate in the contest where every month 1 lucky winner will win a prize (“LEGO All-in-One-Box-of-Fun”).

• The Registration Form includes the following fields: Name, Surname, Email, City, Telephone and Child’s Date of Birth.

• The Promoter can use the contest participants’ submitted personal data for future communication via telephone or email for research purposes

• Upon submitting the details in the Registration Form, each participant will receive an email to the email address submitted with a Contest Participation Activation Link. The contest participants who will click on this link will be eligible for participating in the contest’s monthly electronic draw.

• Each electronic drawing will be conducted at the beginning of each month (i.e. from October 2021 until January 2022) and will include the contest participants in the previous month.

• Each electronic draw will have 1 winner and 10 alternate winners in case the winner does not respond within 10 days after the draw or in case he/she does not accept to receive the prize.

• Each consumer can participate only once during the whole 6-month contest period.

• Each monthly winner’s name and surname will be announced at www.legoduplo-saudi.com and will be notified via telephone in order to provide the postal address details in which the prize will be sent.

• The winners understand that the Prizes are personal, cannot be assigned to any other person and cannot be exchanged in cash (total or partial), nor be replaced or exchanged with another prize, of any value whatsoever, for any reasons, including in case of loss or theft.

• If the conditions set herein are not fully met, the winning shall be annulled and the winners will not receive the Prizes, case in which, a new electronic draw will take place to announce a new winner, which shall be held until the End of Contest (referred to as “Annulled Winnings”).

• At the End of the Contest, the winners cannot claim the Prizes, regardless of the reason for which the term was exceeded in claiming the Prizes (referred to as the “Unclaimed Prizes”).

• The duration of the Competition cannot be exceeded in any circumstances and should there be Unclaimed Prizes or Annulled Winnings, the left Prizes shall remain in the property of the Promoter.

4. PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY POLICY

• Taking in consideration the Regulations on the protection of physical persons with regard to the processing of personal data an on the free movement of such data, the Promoter has the obligation to take all the appropriate measures to process the personal data communicated by the Participants in connection to this Competition

• The purpose of processing the Participants’ data is the participation in the Competition, the winners’ designation, their notification about the prizes won, the prizes’ dispatch to the winners and the future communication via telephone or email for research purposes.

• The Promoter stores your personal data for the duration of Competition and afterwards for a period established by the law or, if such period doesn’t exist, for a period of three (3) years from giving the prize. In this last case, the personal data will be stored, archived and the Promoter and/or his employees shall have access to them only if a public authority makes such request or to destroy them.

• By participating in the Competition, the participants have undertaken that they have read and understood all their rights and obligations including:

• The right to be informed

• The right to object

• The right to erasure

• The right of access

• The right to restrict processing

• Rights in automated decision making and profiling

• The right to rectification;

• The right to data portability
• The participants may exercise their rights and send a request/complain whether to the Promoter or to the National Data Protection Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

5. LIABILITY

• The Promoter will not be responsible for any actual defects appearing in the Prizes.
• The Promoter will not be responsible if for any technical reason it is temporarily impossible to use the website mentioned in the above terms, through which he can participate in the Contest. In any case, the Organizer's liability will be limited to acts or omissions of deceit or gross negligence and shall in no case extend to any events of chance or force majeure which occur in the person of the Organizer.

 

6. LITIGATION

• This present Terms and Conditions is governed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabian law and will be interpreted according to the legal provisions in force in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as of the date of its signing.

• These terms are governed by and supplemented by The Kingdom of Saudi Arabian Law. Any dispute relating to the Competition that may arise in the future is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction from the Promoter’s headquartering.

 

7. MISCELLANEOUS

• Participation in the Contest is a formal statement of knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the terms by the Participant and implies the consequent waiver of any relevant claim and / or right, financial or otherwise, to the Promoter.
